The Kyocera KR2 is the ‘successor’ to the top-selling 3G router of all time — the Kyocera KR1. The biggest improvement is that the KR2 uses a WiFi ‘N’ radio to distribute its wireless connectivity, resulting in 5-10 times the WiFi range of the KR1 using its WiFi G radio. The KR2 router supports of Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections (and multiple VPN). It is very similar to the Cradlepoint MBR1000 in terms of technical and physical features.
