Wi-Ex showcased its latest at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on February 15. They unveiled their zBoost European product link that increases signal indoors and eliminates dropped calls. Industry statistics predict smart phone sales will surpass PC sales worldwide by the end of 2011.

Dear Booster Bob,
Hi. My son has a new 3G iPhone with service provided by AT&T. He lives in the Seattle, WA area.
He just moved to the second floor of an apartment building. The building is well-built with thick "double walls" and I have the feeling that signal strength is getting blocked. He says his phone service is "flaky" in that he has some bars in the apartment and can sometimes make a call but the call almost always drops. Sometimes his phone won't even ring. Survey Reveals More Than 60% of Consumers Lose Their Signal on The Go

Today’s consumers expect improved cell phone service at home and on the go. The zBoost Car Survey commissioned by Wi-Ex and conducted by Harris Interactive, found that the majority of consumers face cell phone signal challenges on the go.
65 percent of consumers who use their cell phone in their car have missed and/or dropped calls due to poor signal in their cars
85 percent of consumers have done something while using their cell phone in a cell phone signal deadzone to try and keep and/or improve their signal.
