Which Booster Helps in a Tall Building?
Published by admin on

Dear Booster Bob,
Hi. My son has a new 3G iPhone with service provided by AT&T. He lives in the Seattle, WA area.
He just moved to the second floor of an apartment building. The building is well-built with thick "double walls" and I have the feeling that signal strength is getting blocked. He says his phone service is "flaky" in that he has some bars in the apartment and can sometimes make a call but the call almost always drops. Sometimes his phone won't even ring. He has no problem with

Product Review: Wilson IBooster/Blackberry

The Wilson IBooster is essential for IPhone users on the go. It doesn't allow dropped calls and boosts voice and data signal up to 20 times the normal rate.
It's not like other boosters, in that it's easy to install and users can take it anywhere on the go. There's no antenna to install on the truck hood or wire to run through the upolstery, just input your IPhone into the craddle, plug in the power supply to the cigarette lighter and users are set up to improve their

Question :
"I am interested in using a zBoost XL500-CEL which my partner originally purchased for office on personal cell phones. This mobel zBoost indicates it works with 800mhz frequency system. " I love my iPhone. It is a very good product but I am not happy with its signal reception. On my 20 minute commute to work, it will lose reception in 3 seperate locations, making it nearly impossible to carry a conversation on my drive home [...] The iBooster is a "plug and play" cellular booster kit for the iPhone. It will work with both the first generation iPhone, and the iPhone 3G. [...] During a test run I drove through my commute, testing call quality

I was cruising on the Long Island Expressway, talking to my friend on my iPhone about critical details for the final paper of our class. As her voice started to fade along with the signal on my phone, I knew what I needed: Wilson Electronics’ iBooster, a cell phone signer amplifier. I plugged my phone into the iBooster, redialed my friend’s number, and, lo and behold, the call was even better than before!
