Wi-Ex Commissions’ Annual zBoost “State of the Cell Signal” Survey

Harris Interactive found that nearly 70 percent of cell phone users consider their cell phone their essential communication tool. A survey was conducted between December 8-10, 2009 and interviewed a nationwide sample of 2,212 adults aged 18 and over of whom 1,860 own a cell phone. The survey revealed that 67 percent of cell phone owners use data functions on their cell phones and of those, 57% experience problems with their cell phone service while using such functions.
