No more poor signal reception!  No more frustration!  Winegard HD8200U TV antenna can provide the strongest signal strength even for VHF stations as far as 100 miles away.

HD8200U is a well constructed roof top digital TV antenna.  It is made with zinc plated steel for weather and maximum corrosion protection.  Its double boom braces provide extra strength and rigidity, so it can withstand any harsh weather condition.  Also the flexible polyethylene boot covers provide added protection for the connections from the weather.  If you live in a snowy and windy region, you’d better get this antenna.

HD8200U is designed to mount to a 1” to 2” mast.  The mast clamps with four locking jaws can securely support the antenna to the mast.  The new lock design on UHF director also makes the HD8200U well supported.  Once you get the antenna pointed correctly to the best signal strength, you can use the four positive locks to provide the director with maximum support and permanent alignment.

An assembled HD8200U is measured about 14-foot boom by 9-foot span.  It may appear large, but it is light and well balanced.  Its size is the reason it has the power to pull all the stations that you have never gotten before.  You get your local channels, sub-channels and UHFs.  Many of them you were not able to get when you had your old antenna.  Another innovative design, the truss-type phasing bars, from top to bottom, can provide more conductive surface with maximum signal transfer.   The truss-type “bridge” construction can more than double the boom strength as well.  This strong reception makes your TV picture amazingly clear.  As a matter of fact, the reception is as good as any cable or satellite reception.  But just for one price, you can get a lifetime of free reception.  You may think of cutting your cable service off if you do not care for their programs anyway.

The assembly and installation are easy.  Make sure you read the instructions and use your common sense.  Because of its length, you should assemble it in an open space and have another person to help you get it to the mounting position.  To minimize signal loss, you should use the RG6 coaxial cable.  After connecting the antenna to your TV, you have to do a complete channel scan so that your TV can recognize the signals with the new antenna.

Winegard HD8200U is a reliable TV antenna.  Because of its powerful reception, it is recommended for anyone who requires long distance reception.
