The CradlePoint CBR450 is a highly-featured router designed for M2M applications that require local access through ethernet rather than Wi-Fi. The CBR450 provides broadband internet access via woth wireless 3G/4G mobile networks and wired networks (DSL or Cable).
The CBR450 is a small sized device, ideal for small enclosures (ATM, kiosk, vehicles). The CBR450 supports multiple combinations of wired or wireless internet with failover/failback capability to prevent your data transmission from being interrupted. The router increases internet availability and business continuity by detecting network failures and immediately switching over to the other available network(s).
CradlePoint's CBR450 uses the new WiPipe 3 platform for enhanced performance. It also provides secure and reliable VPN functionality, allowing users to create, manage and terminate an IPSec VPN session, allowing a secure access to central data centers from distributed locations or mobile vehicles.
