Meraki 14dB 5GHz Sector Antenna for MR66 & MR58 (ANT-11) 

Design and usage

The sector antenna can extend the range of a Meraki device by focusing the wireless signal in a specific direction; the best way to establish a long distance point-to-point wireless link.

The Meraki 5 GHz sector antenna provides:

• Extended Range: the directional antennas focus wireless signals in a particular direction by creating a co-polarization pattern. Typically, you’ll be able to extend the reach of a radio by up to 2.5x in a particular direction.

• Easy Mounting: The antenna comes with everything you need for a pole or wall mount, and is suitable for indoor or outdoor use. 2 cables with N-Type connectors are integrated with the antenna.

• Improved Connectivity: Meraki’s antenna accessories improve the reach and connectivity of a Meraki network by focusing and increasing signal strengths between Meraki outdoor wireless access points.

Meraki's 14dB 5GHz sector antenna is designed for use with the 5 GHz Radios present in the:

• MR66
• MR58

To reach your acces point's full potential, this antenna can be paired with the:

• ANT-10 - set of two 5/7 dB Omni Directional Antennas (one 2.4GHz & one 5GHz, N-type connection) for MR62, MR66 & MR58
• ANT-13 - 11dB 2.4Ghz Sector Antenna available for MR62, MR66 & MR58
